   I started to play the pipes in 2002 and started to make reeds soon after I picked up the insrument.

  The first instruction in pipemaking was given to me by Mr.Davy Stephenson in North Yorkshire,England in 2007  and since then given a lot of generous help from lots of great modern pipemakers.

  I am visiting Ireland or North America  every year to learn more about the instrument,both in making and playing.

  I have a strong interest in the 19th Centry Union Pipes and want to study more about the craft and concentrate in making narrow bore flat pitched instruments in the future, but currently making Concert D instruments in Sapporo,Japan.

　2002年よりUilleann Pipesを始める。東京、札幌でのセッション、アイリッシュインストゥルメンタルバンド　『Whirlpool's End』等で活動。
 

  2002年　Uilleann Pipes を始める。同時にリード作りを開始。

  2007年　イングランドのDavy Stephenson氏にパイプ製作を師事。

  2009年　演奏、楽器製作を学ぶ為、カナダ・アイルランド・イングランドに滞在。

　現在北海道札幌市在住。昭和50年生まれ。
